3. Handle customer inquiries both over the phone and face to face.
4. Guide customers to make the right choice in their purchase.
5. Complete administration duties to ensure the effective running of customer accounts.
6. Deliver the standards needed to make a great impression at every point along our customer’s journey.
7. Develop and motivate your team to succeed and surpass sales and service targets.
You will manage the site in the manager's absence to maintain high standards.
