We are recruiting for a Conveyancing Assistant to work with my great law firm client based in Plymouth.
Responsibilities:
* Assists conveyancers in managing the legal process of property transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.
* Prepares and handles legal documents, such as contracts, title deeds, and mortgage offers.
* Liaises with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors to facilitate smooth communication and updates.
* Conducts searches with local authorities and other relevant parties to gather important property information.
* Helps maintain accurate records of transactions and ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have direct industry experience, but alternatively, those used to a fast-paced, professional environment would be suitable. Conveyancing is very admin heavy, so a process-driven individual would be a good fit.
