Civil Design Engineer

Salary: £32,000 - £40,000
Are you a Civil Design Engineer based in Norfolk? Do you want to work with high-profile clients on exciting development infrastructure projects?
We are seeking a Civil Design Engineer to join our client's civils infrastructure team in Norwich. They are a leading construction consultancy offering services from land purchase to construction. They specialise in delivering structural and civil engineering solutions to some of the top national house builders, retail developers and public authorities.
As a Civil Design Engineer, you will work across many sectors, including retail, data centres, logistics, residential, and energy.
Your main responsibilities will include detailed design drawings, design calculations and assisting senior members of staff. This will involve producing flood risk assessments, SuDs, pavement designs, highways and drainage designs, as well as managing projects, and checking and preparing engineering reports, drawings and figures to a high standard.

The successful candidate will have experience in sectional agreements including s278, s38, s104 and s106. In addition, you will be proficient with AutoCAD, Microdrainage/Infodrainage and Civil 3D. It is desired to have proven management skills.
Ideally, you will be working towards Chartership, or have the passion to become Chartered.
