Key Responsibilities:
* Providing hardware support for laptops, desktops, tablets, docking stations/port replicators, printers, and MFDs.
* Supporting Windows 10/11, Virtual Desktops, Active Directory, Antivirus, SCCM, InTune, Microsoft 365, and associated applications.
* Troubleshooting corporate networks and infrastructure.
* Supporting a wide range of desktop applications in a corporate environment and understanding their interactions with ICT systems.
* Utilizing Windows deployment technologies.
* Delivering proven desktop and application support.
* Providing remote support where applicable.
* Demonstrating a keen attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong understanding of corporate networks and firewalls.
* Experience supporting staff across varying ICT competency levels.
* Knowledge of asset management and redundant IT equipment processes.
* Familiarity with disk encryption software.
* Outstanding customer service skills.
* Ability to manage a fast-paced, diverse workload.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on on-time task delivery.
* ITIL V3 Foundation certification (preferred).
