Job Title: Social Worker - Adult Community Team Location: Northumberland Council Rate: £201 per day Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to join Northumberland Council’s Adult Community Team. What will your responsibilities be? As a Social Worker in the Adult Community Team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessments to ensure individuals receive the support they need. You will manage your caseload effectively, making sure that all cases are handled in a timely and professional manner. A clear understanding of the Care Act is essential, as you will be expected to apply this knowledge in practice while working closely with other professionals to achieve the best outcomes for service users.
