GI Group are currently recruiting for multiple Class 1 Night Drivers for our prestigious client in Leeds LS25.
Job Details: Class 1 Driver
Pay rates: £17 per hour
Shifts / Start times:
1. Mon - Fri
2. Start times approx 15:30
3. Approx 12 hour shifts
Main Duties will include:
1. Securing loads
2. Delivering safely via a given route
3. Keeping and maintaining regular records and journey details
4. Working at a safe but efficient pace to get the job done
5. Being reliable and consistent
The Candidate:
1. No more than 6 penalty points
2. Hold an up to date CPC and Tacho card
3. Have at least 1 year experience in a similar role
4. A positive attitude and work ethic, always keen to learn new skills
5. Must be able to read, write and communicate in English to adhere to health and safety requirements
6. Have good customer service skills and an eye for detail
