As a Fabrication Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in transforming concept drawings into detailed fabrication drawings. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Translate concept drawings into precise fabrication drawings with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Collaborate with the design team to ensure that drawings meet technical requirements and specifications. Utilise CAD software to create 2D and 3D models for fabrication purposes. Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure drawings are error-free and ready for production. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to discuss design concepts and modifications. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in fabrication design techniques. Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, desirable. Proven experience in fabrication design and creating detailed drawings. Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
