Summary of generic duties Dealing with Telephone calls & enquiries in a helpful & polite manner. Dealing with Reception duties as required. Ordering & progressing repairs requests. Summary of specific responsibilities and duties To provide a helpful & professional reception service for callers by phone & in person at Reception. Ordering&dealing with straightforward repairs requests&queries using the computerised Housing Management Repairs Systems. Input purchase order invoices & other documents using the Housing Management computer system. Provide statements of accounts as requested & regular intervals. To deal with Rent & Other Payments by Cash, Cheque or Card. To sign up & set up new rent accounts and terminations. To deal with Post & maintain supplies of Rent Books To provide general advice and information to callers. To maintain public information leaflets, forms & general Reception tidiness Maintaining the Tenant Satisfaction & General Filing Systems. Photocopying & Admin Support to Staff & Board Members Hand delivery of post to the Estate when required. 1This Job Description is not exhaustive & the postholder will be expected to perform tasks relevant to the position.
