Key Responsibilities: -Support training, mentorship and management of members of the administration team -Ensuring administration tasks are completed on time and deadlines across the team are adhered to -Conducting appraisals and HR requirements for administration team members -Keeping office areas and meeting rooms tidy and fully replenished -Assist in the recruitment of new team members to the administration team Candidate Attributes: -Able to demonstrate leadership skills -Excellent administration capabilities -Written and verbal communication skills -Ability to meet deadlines and work within restricted timescales -Strong IT skills, specifically in MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook Hours; Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm Salary: Negotiable company pension free onsite parking
