The Council has a fully flexible working system that includes majority home/hybrid working (with some routine office attendance required at Southampton offices), with adaptable working hours, subject to meeting our clients’ needs. Court hearings are in-person, with the majority of hearings taking place in Southampton or Portsmouth.
