Project Manager
12 months FTC - up to £72,500 PA + Benefits
Hybrid (2-3 days on-site in London)
Our client is building a new, centralised project management function and is looking for a proactive Project Manager to join the team. This role will involve delivering a variety of projects across retail and IT, implementing best practices, and supporting the maturity of project management standards within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver a range of projects, primarily in IT and business transformation, ensuring successful implementation.
* Support the standardisation of project management processes, building a structured project lifecycle.
* Work with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and success criteria.
* Assist in the tendering process for new software systems and oversee implementation.
* Guide and mentor teams, ensuring best practices are followed throughout project delivery.
* Act as the bridge between IT and business functions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
What we’re looking for:
1. 5+ years of project management experience, preferably with change and IT/software system implementation projects.
2. Strong understanding of Prince2 and waterfall methodologies.
