Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Payroll Analyst to join their team on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a significant project and leverage your expertise in payroll processing and SuccessFactors.
About the Role :
As a Project Payroll Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for project-specific employees. You will work closely with project managers, HR, and finance teams to deliver efficient and compliant payroll solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
* Process end-to-end payroll for project employees, including new hires, terminations, and leave management.
* Accurately interpret and apply relevant legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements.
* Utilise SuccessFactors to manage payroll data, generate reports, and resolve payroll queries.
* Conduct payroll reconciliations and audits to ensure data integrity.
* Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.
* Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll integration and compliance.
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives and documentation.
* Provide excellent customer service to employees and address payroll inquiries.
* Assist with project-related payroll tasks and reporting.
Minimum Requirements :
* Proven experience as a Payroll Analyst, ideally within a project environment.
* Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and compliance.
* Extensive experience with SuccessFactors Payroll module is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in payroll processing, reporting, and reconciliation.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
