Are you a seasoned IT professional with 10+ years of experience and advanced expertise in Microsoft technologies? My client is seeking a 3rd Line Support Engineer to tackle complex technical challenges, lead critical IT projects, and play a key role in shaping IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide expert resolution for escalated 3rd line support issues.
2. Design, implement, and oversee server migrations and system upgrades.
3. Administer and optimize Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 environments.
4. Manage advanced networking configurations and virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
5. Lead IT security, compliance, and performance initiatives.
Requirements
1. 10+ years of proven IT support experience, with advanced expertise in Microsoft ecosystems.
2. Deep understanding of networking, virtualization, and system security best practices.
3. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, CompTIA) are highly desirable.
4. A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering innovative IT solutions.
