Job Title: Credit Controller
Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid)
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 DOE
Company Overview:
Our client is an established and dynamic travel company located in the heart of Manchester City Centre. They are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Credit Controller to join our finance team. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work both from home and in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the company's debt recovery process.
Monitor the company's financial health through accurate reporting and analysis.
Ensure the effective management of cash flow.
Process and assess credit requests from clients and partners.
Liaise with clients to resolve any issues related to outstanding payments.
Work closely with other departments to maintain financial records and ensure accurate data reporting.
Support the finance team with general administrative duties related to credit control.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in a Credit Control or similar financial role.
Strong understanding of debt recovery and cash flow management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software (experience with travel industry systems a plus).
Travel industry experience is desirable, but not essential.
