Recruitrite are seeking an experienced Telesales Accounts Manager for a client in North Yorkshire.
This is a full time, permanent opportunity, office based working Monday-Friday including bank holidays and we are seeking candidates who have enthusiasm, passion, self-motivation and desire to succeed.
You will be maintaining relationships with existing clients by upselling products whilst providing high quality customer service. Your main duties will include:
* Contacting potential customers by telephone, email or social media to sell products
* Identify and assess customers’ needs to ensure you are providing customer satisfaction
* Build and maintain relationships with customers ensuring they are kept informed of new products and promotions
* Manage incoming and outgoing telephone communications
* Update inhouse systems with all activity and customer interactions
* Engage with prospective clients via outbound calls to promote the business, products and promotions
* Attend networking events to maximise business opportunities
* Achieve daily and weekly sales targets
We are looking for candidates who have the following skills and experience:
* good IT skills – MS Office and good working knowledge of Excel
* excellent communication skills
* good negotiation and persuasion techniques
* ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
