The business operates globally and has invested heavily both in its manufacturing site and equipment.
Job Description
Purchase Ledger Assistant duties include:
* Matching, batching & processing invoices
* Dealing with invoice queries
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Making payments by BACS / cheque
* Month end processes
* Liaising with internal & external colleagues
* Providing cover across the finance department
* Responsibility for the finance email inbox
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will:
* Have a proven track record in a similar role
* Be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Be an excellent written and verbal communicator
* Be able to work to tight deadlines
* Show a high level of attention to detail
