Overview
Were hiring for a CRM Associate Director. You will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering impactful customer communications. Youll be responsible for developing and implementing CRM strategies that directly support our mission to make positive impacts for our clients through innovative communications. Responsibilities
What youll be doing
* Develop and implement CRM strategies that maximize customer engagement and business impact.
* Provide expert guidance on multichannel CRM activities, including personalization, dynamic content, advanced segmentation, and automation.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, data, creative, and experience teams to craft best-in-class customer journeys.
* Anticipate challenges related to creative execution, production, data processing, and campaign performance, offering proactive solutions.
* Translate insights into actionable CRM business cases that drive measurable improvements.
* Stay ahead of emerging MarTech trends to recommend innovative approaches that enhance client communications.
Qualifications
Skills were looking for
* Extensive experience with Marketing Automation & CRM platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, Braze, Eloqua, etc.).
* Hands-on experience implementing, delivering, and scaling complex CRM strategies.
* Strong background in analyzing and designing multichannel customer journeys.
* Customer-facing experience with excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Quick learner who can adapt to evolving technical and business requirements.
* Strong understanding of using data to understand audiences and evaluate program effectiveness.
* Ability to liaise with stakeholders, problem-solve, and provide well-considered solutions.
Desirable
* Experience working with, or for, clients in financial services would be a bonus.
