An exciting opportunity has emerged for office Administrator in the Ear, Nose, and Throat department at West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly organised, and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time Band 3 office Administrator at Watford General Hospital / St Albans City Hospital. This role requires collaboration within a team in a dynamic office environment. The successful candidate will need to prioritise their workload effectively to ensure that specific Patient administrative tasks are managed according to clinical urgency and aligned with the Trust’s Patient Access Policy standards. Additionally, they will support other administrative staff within the Ear, Nose, and Throat team, as well as nursing staff, service managers, secretaries, and other Trust personnel as needed to ensure effective administrative operations. The post holder will collaborate closely with the Consultants and team members and will maintain professional communication with patients and their families.
