Our client, a well known TV personality, requires a super organised and highly efficient PA to assist with all aspects of their busy life. This role is a great opportunity for candidates relatively early in their career with a background of both personal and business support to talent and preferably on set experience. You will manage a busy diary and ever changing schedule, working with the principals management to ensure the smooth running of their time and oversee all household responsibilities including an upcoming property move and renovation. Hours: Full time with out of hours support when required Location: South London, remotely and on set as required Salary: £35k-£45k dependent on experience Start Date: ASAP Driver: Preferable but not essential Responsibilities include, but not limited to: • Working with the Principal’s Management team on Diary and Travel schedules across professional and personal commitments • Ensuring general household and personal administration runs smoothly • Household management including overseeing property move and renovation • Financial matters such as expenses, banking, paying bills, renewing insurance policies etc • Managing all correspondence and acting as gatekeeper • On set support as and when necessary • Liaising with all professional contacts; Agents/Management, PR Team, Stylists, Accountants, Lawyers/Solicitors etc with complete confidentiality • Ad hoc errand running, gifting and shopping Candidates must be / have: • Experience in a similar role supporting talent • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail • First class Time Management • Able to multi-task and prioritize ever-changing / last minute schedules • Enthusiastic, proactive and self-motivated • Flexible with hours and able to cope with last minute change of plans and conflicting demands • Excellent written and spoken English • Strong numerical and IT skills • Confidential, trustworthy and discreet at all times _________________________________________________________________________________ IMPORTANT We receive a considerable amount of applications for every position and there is tough competition in the employment market.
