About the Role:
As an Early Career Teacher, you will be supported in your professional development while teaching a dynamic and engaging curriculum to pupils of all ages. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced colleagues in a variety of classroom environments. We offer a competitive salary of £120-£160 day rate and full-time hours are typically 8.30am-3.30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality lessons across the national curriculum.
* Establish and maintain a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment for all pupils.
* Support students in their academic and personal growth, helping them to achieve their goals.
* Monitor and assess student progress.
* Work collaboratively with parents to support the pupils and help them to foster a love of learning.
About You:
* Newly qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or due to complete your training by September 2025.
* Passionate about teaching and committed to improving outcomes for students.
* A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with students, staff, and parents.
* Eager to learn and grow professionally in a supportive and nurturing environment.
* Ability to reflect on your teaching practice and be open to feedback and development.
