As part of our team you’ll:
1. Be the face of Marston’s, welcoming guests with a smile and looking after them throughout their visit.
2. Help to create and maintain a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere.
3. Be knowledgeable when taking orders/serving – upselling – our fantastic food and drinks.
4. Be passionate about providing brilliant customer service.
5. Care about the wider team, turning your hand to support wherever needed.
6. Gain people, marketing, and operational skills whilst getting paid for it!
