Prioritise and delegate work fairly and appropriately according to skill mix within the team. Provide holistic assessment of patients and families care needs, plan interventions as required and ensure those interventions are actioned and their effectiveness evaluated. Act as a role model at all times and contribute to the provision of high quality, specialist nursing care. Provide support and advice to nursing staff on patient care.
