Provide field service technical direction in support of US Navy aircraft carrier, submarine, and other support vessels. Technical direction primarily associated with the shipboard installation and overhaul of Curtiss Wright products such as steam turbines, pumps, trip throttle valves, and electrical generators. Standard responsibilities include providing engineering oversight to key clients throughout the disassembly, inspection, complex report writing, repairs, reassembly, and testing of related equipment. Typical work environment is industrial in nature where odd hours and weekend work is not uncommon.

Minimum Qualifications:
* Experience in heavy rotating oil lubricated machinery.
* Meticulous attention to detail.
* Perform maintenance and overhaul activity on complex rotating machinery.
* Ability to read and interpret assembly and machining drawings.
* Knowledge and experience using tooling, machining, and measurement devices.
* Ability to technically troubleshoot complex rotating machinery.
* Ability to communicate to all internal and external customers professionally.
* Basic computer skills with the ability to navigate and generate complex Word and Excel reports.
* Ability to support overtime and weekends as necessary.
What You Bring:
* Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent and/or 10+ years experience in the related field.
* Must be US citizen and be able to obtain and maintain DOD security clearance.
* Prior experience with maintenance overhaul activity on complex rotating machinery, preferably steam turbine experience.

Curtiss-Wright Fleet Solutions is comprised of three service centers that focus on the US Navy fleet support and maintenance market. The Fleet Solutions group provides turnkey overhaul/repair, testing, and parts sales for air compressors, main propulsion steam turbines, valves, steam turbine generators, auxiliary turbines, dehydrators, pumps, strainers, PLCs, blowers, and water purification.
