After qualifying period Job Opportunity Working as our Internal Sales Manager your role will include: Day to day management and development of all sales activities within the Internal Sales team to achieve maximum profitability and growth. Train, mentor and coach the team to ensure individual sales targets are consistently met or exceeded. Create improvement plans in line with training and development needs. Work with the Sales Director and Sales Managers to review customer allocation and support with the reallocation where necessary. Work with the relevant stakeholders including buying and supply chain to look at potential areas for improved sales. Provide regular reports and analysis of sales and GP performance to senior management as required, making recommendations as appropriate. Take ownership of own customer base, proactively generating new business through product promotions and special offers, ensuring targets are met and exceeded. Essential Skills Experience of managing and motivating a B2B telesales or account management team. Proven track record of achieving targets and results focused. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate. Experience of coaching and mentoring a sales team. Recognises and rewards success, tackles poor performance constructively.
