Main duties of the job To work with clinical and managerial colleagues, ensuring that operational performance and access targets are met, and take the lead in developing effective systems within the department to enable the sustained delivery of key operational targets. To support the implementation of service redesign, taking the lead for specific elements of wider transformation across Outpatient Services. To be responsible for the day-to-day line management of administration and clerical functions within Outpatient Services.
