* Building optimized landing pages and crafting seamless online journeys using ecommerce tools.
* Managing a merchandising calendar and coordinating activities.
* Developing and executing strategies to drive KPIs and enhance customer value.
* Leading merchandising plans for new product launches, seasonal events, and promotions.
* Working alongside teams to test and improve campaigns for higher conversions.
* Analyzing product and category performance to recommend improvements.
* Collaborating with SEO specialists to create customer-focused categories.
* Partnering with technology and product teams to enhance website features.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in ecommerce or digital teams, with experience in merchandising for high-traffic websites. Gifting, travel, or leisure sector is an advantage. Strong analytical skills and experience with data insights (e.g., Google Analytics) as well as a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
