As an experienced SEN Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality education tailored to the individual needs of our students. You will work closely with our experienced team of teaching assistants, specialists, and therapists to create a dynamic, inclusive learning environment that enables every student to succeed. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to students with a variety of learning needs. Assess student's progress and adapt teaching strategies to ensure the best possible outcomes. Work closely with other professionals, including teaching assistants and SEN support staff, to provide holistic support. Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, families, and external agencies. Contribute to the development of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and ensure that student's needs are met. Support the social and emotional development of students alongside their academic progress. The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience working in SEN education. Strong understanding of a wide range of special educational needs, including autism, dyslexia, and ADHD. A patient, compassionate approach with the ability to engage and motivate students. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. A commitment to continuous professional development and best practices in SEN education.
