We continue to invest significantly in our technology and people in order to deliver to current clients and to forge new exciting partnerships About the role A Solutions Executive is responsible for successfully delivering OSP to their Partner(s) as well as representing the Partner(s) and their priorities within Ocado. They ensure that their Partner’s business problem, their requirements and the value and business case of such requirements are fully understood and adequately represented and considered as part of our software development roadmap. They communicate the OSP roadmap to their Partner(s), closely monitor feature delivery progress and engage with their Partner(s) on key roadmap related topics including feature discovery. Their understanding of the OSP platform will help them respond to and resolve their Partner’s queries and requests for solutions development. Solutions Managers liaise closely with the Partner(s) and the wider Ocado Technology Solutions organisation to support the delivery and successful implementation of our Ocado Smart Platform (OSP) to their Partner(s) to support their growth strategies. As a Solutions Executive (Solutions Manager Level 1 / SM1), you will work alongside one or more Solutions Managers to support them across their responsibilities, which will provide great insight into the role of a Solutions Manager (SM2-4), providing great learning and development opportunities while directly contributing to the accounts’ initiatives and the success of the Partners. The role offers varied opportunities to both support - and often lead - on the BAU tasks and responsibilities of an SM, including the management of OSP Connect tickets and Partner queries or the management of new Partner requests, and to take on projects/initiatives on a Partner account. What you will be doing The Solutions Executive provides support to the Solutions Management team in helping our Partners win through close management of the Partner Roadmap and New Requests. Support the Ocado Solutions Management team following up on feature development throughout the feature lifecycle, facilitating required conversations with Technology - both internally and with the Partner - and ensuring questions from Partners are answered in a timely and accurate manner. Work closely with the wider Partner/Account Teams to develop and maintain a positive Partner relationship and to ensure consistent and aligned messaging. Support Solutions Manager(s) by organising and facilitating internal and Partner facing meetings, including Deep Dives and reviews of Discovery Outputs as well as tracking and communicating feature developments and updates. Ensure knowledgeable understanding of the OSP Platform and all relevant Partner Roadmap elements. Own specific projects for various Partners on behalf of the Solutions Managers or the Head of Central Solutions Management.
