Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Advisor | Warwick - Region Based Travel | ~£44,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Advisor at a leading international partner of global commerce.
In this role, you'll have the chance to make a meaningful impact on safety culture within a global business committed to innovation and sustainability. The responsibilities include:
* Safety Culture & Engagement: Creating a pragmatic and engaging safety environment across the business's South England operations.
* Accident Prevention & Culture Building: Leading incident investigations, compiling reports, and implementing safety improvements while fostering a safety-conscious culture.
* Risk Assessments & Compliance: Conducting and reviewing risk assessments to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other safety standards.
* Training & Upskilling: Supporting teams in understanding safety processes and empowering them to take responsibility for reporting and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have:
* 2-5 years' experience in health and safety.
* A proactive and engaging mindset with a passion for safety culture.
* Strong communication skills, personable, and confident in workplace interactions.
* NEBOSH diploma level or equivalent qualification is preferred but not essential; support will be provided for obtaining this.
