As a Regional Leader at EE, you’ll be part of transforming our retail stores in the UK to achieve our vision: to connect for good. We've recently opened some ground breaking concept and experience spaces to truly showcase EE connected homes, and we'll look to you to drive that change across your group of stores. Empowering and coaching your teams to deliver a balanced business across customer, people, commercial and operations, you’ll take our business into the future.
What you’ll do:
• Lead, inspire and develop a team of Retail Business Consultants based in stores across a region
• Deliver balanced profit and loss performance
• Develop strategies to meet a mix of commercial and behavioural KPIs
• Create retail experiences bespoke to varying customer needs and business capabilities
• Drive the growth of a high-performing and passionate culture
• Monitor, manage and optimise costs and resources
You’ll definitely:
• Have extensive people and field management experience
• Have a clear history of meeting and exceeding KPIs/targets
• Know how to use business and competitor knowledge to inform decision making
You might even:
• Know how to develop others to build organisational capability
• Take responsibility for making change happen
• Take an idea or strategy from a vision to a reality
