You will: Collaborate and Communicate: Regularly interact with court users, judiciary members, legal professionals, and the public, ensuring effective communication and smooth processes. Data Management: Collate and analyse complex information, manage data input, and frequently use Excel to maintain accuracy and efficiency. Process Applications: Handle the processing of applications and orders, ensuring that all administrative procedures are followed meticulously. Liaison Duties: Act as a bridge between the courtroom, judiciary, and the public, ensuring seamless coordination and support. Correspondence: Prepare and draft letters and emails, handling correspondence with professionalism and attention to detail. Routine Preparation: Assist with the preparation of routine documents and maintain orderly administrative processes.What We're Looking For: Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication abilities. IT Savvy: Basic IT skills, particularly in working with software and Office 365 applications.
