The Role: Conveyancing Solicitor\n\nAre you a detail-orientated, proactive Conveyancing Solicitor, with between 1 to 3 years post-qualified experience? Do you have the drive to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining accuracy? Ultimately, the firm aims to provide a stable, secure and friendly working environment developing the skills, talent and career opportunities of all staff.\nThey are currently seeking a Conveyancer Solicitor, to join their team!\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n• To provide high quality legal advice and support services to clients in the residential conveyancing process.\n• Assist with file setup, searches, contract drafting, enquiries, statements, SDLT applications, Land Registry forms, and liaising with clients and third parties, plus file closure and archiving.\n• Perform all usual tasks relating to the residential conveyancing process.\n• To be the main point of contact for clients in the absence of the Head of Department.\n\nKey Criteria:\n\n• A good level of education and proven qualification as a qualified solicitor.\n• Between 1 and 3 years post-qualified experience.\n• Proven record of meeting income targets.\n• Have an in-depth understanding of the conveyancing process.\n• Self-motivated to work independently and as part of a team.\n\nIf you’re a reliable and diligent Conveyancer Solicitor, looking for a new challenge, we want to hear from you!\n\nApply Now
