We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join a leading regional contractor for a week's cover. Our client is one of the paramount contractors based across the south coast.
You will be based in their head office in Hampshire and responsible for:
1. Answering phones and management of the business switchboards
2. Email management and diary management
3. Handling incoming and outgoing mail, including distribution and dispatch
4. Supporting the management team with ad hoc tasks and projects as required
5. Attending to all visitors
We are looking for a friendly and efficient individual for our client. Key attributes include previous experience within a similar role. Desirably, you will come from a construction background, but this is not essential. Key attributes will include strong written and verbal communication skills, good computer skills, and the ability to use Microsoft packages, with an organised and proactive approach to work.
