We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our clients' team in Scotland for an initial 12 month contract. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the design of large-scale offshore O&G packages and ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
Client office is Glasgow based, applicants are invited for candidates who are open to being office or home based.
Role Overview
* Lead project team and oversee project controls to ensure successful delivery of packaged solutions for the Oil & Gas industry.
* Monitor, review, and approve project documentation and manage key project completion documents.
* Oversee project deliverables throughout all project phases and manage vendor and subcontractor relationships.
* Maintain strong stakeholder relations and promote company values, objectives, and procedures.
* Regularly report on project controls to management and mentor and guide project team members.
* Prioritize HSE/Q in all aspects of the business and ensure compliance with engineering processes.
Skills & Qualifications
* Typically engineering degree with expertise in managing projects.
* Certifications in project management or relevant field preferred.
* Solid experience as a Project Manager with a background in Project/Package Engineering within oil & gas/energy industry.
* Strong leadership capabilities.
* Familiarity with project methodologies.
