PRS are seeking to recruit for an experienced Performance Administration Assistant based in Burnley. This is a contract role for approximately 3 months, commencing 6th January 2025. Based on working Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm or 8.30am to 4.30pm or 9am to 5pm – Paying £11.44 per hour.
Job Specification:To assist the Senior Performance Manager in the day-to-day running of the contract and compliance. To ensure that all services are provided consistently to the required standard.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Performance Managers in the interface with Local Authority representatives and FM team
Collation of daily performance data related to all FM services
Induction of contractors, Updating spread sheets for inductions, DBS and RAMS
Managing Helpdesk performance including jeopardy management, ensure compliance to KPI’s and reduce deductions
Collation of operational data relevant to the compilation of monthly reports and the annual service report
Support with the administration of completion of contractual documentation and key business documents: JERPs; Customer Satisfaction Surveys; Service Delivery Plans; Monthly Reports; Annual Service Report
Support the development, implementation and review of documents and procedures across the Project
Any other reasonable management request applicable to gradeRequirements:
Excellent organisational skills.
Proficient with Excel, Word, Powerpoint
Good communication skills
