Our client is seeking a proactive and dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join their team. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a vital role in delivering first-class customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the Customer Services Team.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and emails from customers and respond promptly and professionally
Make outbound calls to customers, providing assistance and resolving any issues
Process sales orders and quotations accurately
Manage customer requests for product returns efficiently
Work closely with the Warehouse to ensure timely and accurate equipment delivery
Collaborate with the Procurement team to ensure accurate programming
Maintain high standards of data accuracy and quality
Provide administrative support to external Sales teams
Assist the Customer Services Manager in delivering effective customer communications
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental targets
Stay updated on the complete range of products to provide accurate information to customers
Carry out any other duties as required
Requirements:
Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise work effectively
Attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP
Previous experience in customer service or administration is preferred
