About the role:
To support the JCB Group in resolving tickets logged by the End User with any issues they raise with hardware or software.
What does this role involve day to day?
1. Ticket Management & Prioritisation
2. Timely resolution of software and hardware issues
3. Desktop / Laptop Rebuilds
4. Office 365 Management
5. Administration of user accounts including creation, modification, and deletion
6. Talking users through issues on the phone or at desk
7. Support of various IT projects
8. Software installation
This will be suited to you if:
1. You have 1+ years’ experience of IT Support
2. Excellent customer service skills
3. Microsoft Windows 10 & 11 skills
4. Office 365 Administration and troubleshooting
5. Basic TCPIP Understanding
6. Basic SCCM Experience
7. Exceptional Customer service
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced demanding service desk
9. Flexible to support the team’s objectives
10. Understanding of IT Systems and Processes
11. Full UK Driving License & Own Transport required
