Job Title: Technical Services Team Leader

Salary: £48,813
What you’ll be doing:
* Ensure you provide direction, advice and support to the Technical Services SME team
* At a tactical level, lead and manage the Technical Services interface with Design Organisations and OEMs, Maintenance Tasking & Verification, Part 145 organisation(s), Reliability & Maintenance Programmes and all other key stakeholders, in order to deliver the required standards of Continuing Airworthiness and contract delivery
* You will manage and report on the effectiveness of Technical Enquiry management, including feedback to relevant departments
* You will lead and manage the production and delivery of the technical content of work instructions to enable defects and damage to be rectified to an officially recognised standard
* Ensure you lead and manage the application and analysis of all applicable airworthiness instructions
* May be required to hold Design Organisation Delegated Authority
* Able to build and sustain strong relationships with Customers (including the TAA/HDT), Part 145 Organisation(s), OEMs, Suppliers and other key stakeholders
* You’ll also have people manager responsibilities in this role
Your skills and experiences:
* Proven experience of leading a team
* Strong knowledge of the Pt.145 and Pt.M MAA regulations
* Detailed product knowledge and experience – Hawk
* Comprehensive understanding of the relationship with interfacing and contributory stakeholders
