With offices based in the North West, working at the companies Altrincham Office, you will play a pivotal part into the successful day to day running and operations of the office and will be tasked with various duties to keep everyday different, which will include:-Based on reception, you will be the face of the company and be responsible for meeting and greeting visitors coupled with taking and managing calls, ensuring the reception area is presentable at all times.
1. Assisting with various administration & finance administration duties for the team including raising and sending out invoices and any other basic finance and admin duties.
2. Co-ordinating the office and supplies, including consumables and facilities.
