Managing Consultant – Services at Better Placed Ltd
Location: West Yorkshire - hybrid working: 2 days in the office, 3 days WFH
Are you an experienced CRM professional looking for an opportunity to make an impact? We’re seeking a skilled individual to join a Financial Services business on a temporary basis to cover some urgent CRM projects. This is an exciting opportunity to lead key CRM initiatives and drive engagement across the customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Evolve the Member Engagement Programme by developing multi-channel, multi-step campaigns that deliver personalised, triggered communications.
2. Collaborate with Adobe (MarTech provider) and the internal Marketing Automation team to design and implement best-in-class customer communication journeys.
3. Deliver ongoing CRM communications across both print and digital channels, supported by the existing campaign teams.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Significant experience in developing and executing multi-channel CRM campaigns.
2. Strong data literacy with a solid understanding of targeting, segmentation, and performance measurement.
3. A background in Financial Services or a regulated environment is essential.
4. Availability to start ASAP and commit to a 12 month project.
