Contract Type: Permanent | Full Time
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30
Place of work: On-site at our Head Office in Ely initially, hybrid working both in the office and from home following a successful probation period
Rate of pay: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum
The role: The role will be supporting the EU Sales team in both daily duties and projects including:
* Administrative tasks
* Liaising with customers
* Managing stock allocation and replenishment
* Highlighting overdue sales and resolving issues
* Extensive and timely liaison with our internal despatch team
* Planning and scheduling of manufactures details
* Attendance at key meetings
* Processing of orders
* Extensive liaison with European Sales Executives with the UK and across Europe
To be successful in this role, you will be a positive and dynamic individual and will have the following essential skills and attributes:
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Proven organisational and planning skills
* Ability to work well in a pressurised environment
* Exceptional telephone manner
* IT literate with working knowledge of key Microsoft packages
* A problem solver with good calculation skills
An ability to communicate in another language(s), or an interest in foreign languages is advantageous but not essential.
