Position: The role: Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 Place of work : Hybrid working both in the office and from home Rate of pay: £24,200 per annum The role : The role will be supporting the UK Sales team (Pet & Equine) in both daily duties and projects. The main objective will be to ensure the upmost consumer satisfaction through the processing and facilitation of customer orders. Duties will include: Working alongside the Sales Executive/Account Manager on a set of accounts and supporting them with administrative tasks Liaising with customers by email, phone, video conferencing and face-to-face throughout the customer journey Setting up manufacture trackers to share with customers Updating and circulating weekly reports Processing customer orders and allocating stock to the order Checking for overdue customer sales and resolving these Liaising with internal teams relating to dispatch, procurement and quality of products Planning and scheduling of sales Supporting in key meetings, including arranging, setting up and note-taking Requirements: The requirements: To be successful in this role, you will ideally have proven experience of working well in a pressurised environment. Experience working within a sales team is beneficial but not essential.
