Hours per week: 37 Salary: Up to £34,434 depending on experience About the role We’re excited to be looking for an Executive PA to join our Governance team. The function exists to provide quality/compliant administration and Charity Governance/Company Secretarial support across the organisation from the charity Trustees, Executives to the wider busi-ness. The Governance team work closely with the Executives and Trustees. In this role you’ll support the Executive Team in managing daily activities alongside wider reaching governance, management, and company responsibilities in line with the trading and strategic objec-tives. There is no requirement to support with Company Secretarial tasks, however experience or knowledge in supporting Boards is advantageous How you’ll make an impact: • Providing high quality, professional Executive PA support to members of the Executive Team and/or Directors (we’ll talk to you about who you are supporting) • Supporting a range of internal and external meetings, end to end, including minute taking, re-cording any actions and decisions. • Coordinating travel arrangements, managing schedules, and providing workload support. • Managing emails on behalf of Officer/Directors’, as delegated. Proactively responding to external requests, engaging with key stakeholders and removing non-essential emails. • Conducting research, compiling reports, and gathering information to assist in the preparation of presentations and speeches • Managing budget spend in line with budget allocation and authority limits We’d love to hear from you if you offer the following: • Extensive experience of the core tasks, in a similar role, is essential • Experience of working at Senior organisational level and be able to communicate effectively with senior management is desired • Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately at pace • Strong ICT and English skills • Agile and ability to work flexible to requests • A good problem solver Feeling inspired?
