About the Role
We are seeking a National Field Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead, motivate, and develop a national team to drive retail sales and enhance brand presence across the UK and Ireland. Based from home, you will spend one day per week working from home, three days in the field, and one day in our Central London office.
Purpose of the Role
As a National Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving retail sales through effective leadership, collaboration, and strategic planning. You will work closely with our Sales and Education Managers, retail partners, and other key stakeholders to exceed sales targets and maintain our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales and Education Managers (SEMs) to maximize business opportunities.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and key stakeholders to drive sales.
* Collaborate with the National Education Manager to ensure retail teams are well-trained in product knowledge and selling skills.
* Set and monitor KPIs for SEMs and retail teams, driving performance to exceed targets.
* Conduct regular field visits and meetings to support and develop team members.
* Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
* Ensure effective recruitment, motivation, and management of retail teams, including Luxury Brand Ambassadors.
* Participate in strategic meetings and contribute to the development of retail strategies.
Skills/Experience Desired
* Proven experience in multi-site retail field sales management within the luxury sector, ideally in fragrance or beauty.
* Demonstrated success in achieving national sales targets through leadership and team development.
* Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
* Commercial acumen with the ability to analyze data and drive business growth.
* Willingness to travel extensively, including some overnight stays, and a clean UK driving license.
