PRIMIS Informatics Facilitator B6 - 37.5 hrs - Fixed term
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly enthusiastic hardworking individual to join a successful team with a long-standing reputation for delivering a high standard service to local GP practices and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs).

Main duties of the job
Applications are invited from highly enthusiastic and motivated candidates with excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills with the confidence to manage process change. Excellent computer skills in a range of standard applications (i.e. Microsoft Office) are essential, as is the aptitude to learn new systems and software. The successful candidate will have experience working in GP practice or equivalent understanding, and an in-depth working knowledge of EMIS Web and clinical coding. Applicants should be able to demonstrate their ability to manage workload in a time-efficient manner. The ability to work both independently and part of a team are essential. Knowledge of Primary Care and Health Informatics within the NHS would be an advantage, but not essential. As travel throughout Cumbria may be required at times, a full driving licence and the use of a motor vehicle are essential.
Although this is a full-time position, applications will also be considered for part-time working.

* Educated to degree level or equivalent or be able to demonstrate an equivalent level of knowledge.
* Evidence of continuing professional development.

* A thorough working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
