The Energy Division at ARM is currently recruiting an experienced CRM Administrator to join a Global EPC business, established in the Energy sector and Offshore installation.
Job Overview:
The role is mainly based on supporting the tendering team in commercial activities using the CRM database, so any experience in this software would be an advantage.
Some of your duties will include:
70% - CRM
* Manage and administer the Saipem CRM tool, ensuring smooth functioning and data accuracy.
* Liaise with the team of Proposal Managers to maintain the CRM database up to date.
30% - Office Admin / PA
* Assist the Proposal team in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
* Coordinate office management activities, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
* Assist in organizing meetings and travel arrangements for the Tendering Team.
What do you need to succeed?
* Previous experience with a CRM/database system and good knowledge of Microsoft 365 software.
