We currently have multiple locations across the UK and now we are looking for YOU to join us in creating a vibrant dance movement in North Devon!!
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Dance Instructor who can inspire and energise students of all ages.
If you have a flair for street dance styles and a love for teaching, this is the perfect opportunity to share your passion with the community.
We’re not just teaching dance; we’re empowering young people with life skills and creating the leaders of tomorrow!
This part-time (leading to full-time if you wish) role allows you to lead your own evening dance classes with the option of also delivering lessons to after-school clubs in local schools.
With flexible hours to fit your lifestyle, you'll have the chance to make a meaningful impact while growing your own dance community.
We offer ongoing support and training to help you flourish in your role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Engaging Classes: Plan and deliver exciting dance lessons in street, hip-hop, and contemporary styles for students aged 3-18.
2. Choreograph Unique Routines: Create captivating choreography for performances and competitions that showcase your students’ talents.
3. Inspire and Motivate: Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to help students grow their skills, confidence, and essential life skills.
4. Organise Rehearsals: Ensure your students are prepared for performances by supervising and organising regular rehearsals.
5. Collaborate and Connect: Work alongside fellow instructors and staff to coordinate events and performances that elevate our dance community.
6. Deliver after school clubs Lessons: Bring dance to life in schools through engaging after-school programs, birthday parties, and holiday clubs.

8. Spread the Word: Actively promote your classes through social media, community events, and outreach (we’ll provide marketing materials and support).
9. Grow Your Class: Enjoy enhanced pay for each student you onboard and retain as you build your dance family.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience as a Dance Instructor or professional dancer is essential.
2. Confidence in leading your own classes and proficiency in multiple dance styles.
3. Strong communication skills to motivate and connect with students.
4. Relevant qualifications in dance education or certifications are a plus.
5. A valid driver’s license is required for local travel.
6. A full DBS check will be required, and we’ll assist you in obtaining a first aid certificate.
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Expected Hours: 4 – 16 hours per week
Experience: Teaching experience is essential (min. 1 year), as well as working with children.
