Who You Are You are a qualified social worker with registration from Social Work England, ideally possessing at least 5 years' experience in child and family social work. You have demonstrated expertise in staff development, team leadership, and performance management. You also have significant experience implementing quality assurance and improvement plans. You are dedicated to achieving outstanding practice standards and supporting a culture of continuous improvement in children's social care. What the Job Involves The role involves working as part of the Social Work Development (Enrichment/Improvement/Enhancement) Hub. You will engage in quality assurance initiatives, implement new policies, conduct audits and reviews, and ensure continuous improvement in outcomes for children and families. You'll support social workers through supervision and training and collaborate with team managers to prepare for inspections. Your work will be guided by Ofsted's standards for what "Outstanding" looks like in practice, focusing on understanding and applying thresholds, developing a strong learning culture, and fostering a child-centered system.
