Salary: 28,000 - 28,000 GBP per year Requirements:
* Strong experience in the IT industry, preferably with experience in the Financial/MSP sector.
* Proficiency in troubleshooting desktop issues such as printers, network issues, and user profiles, along with Microsoft applications.
* Familiarity with anti-virus software including Windows Defender, Sophos, Trend, and Symantec.
* Experience with Windows Server (2008/2012/2016) and Active Directory.
* Good understanding of Exchange (2010/2013/2016) and Office 365/Azure.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical staff at all levels of an organization.
* Highly capable problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
* As a 2nd Line Support Analyst, I will expect you to provide efficient technical support to our clients, troubleshooting various desktop and network issues. You will be responsible for maintaining and supporting systems, addressing user queries, and ensuring a high level of service delivery. Your role will involve collaborating with other IT teams and communicating complex technical information in an understandable manner to support staff across the organization.
