Finance Officer
Salary: GR3 (Full Time + Banked Hours)

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Finance Officer to join our team and help us continue to provide exceptional financial management and administrative support that meets the diverse needs of our school community.

You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the financial operations and overall efficiency of our school. We seek someone with the dedication, vision, and drive to support financial leadership and provide the school with expertise and development opportunities in financial management and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Experience with computerised general ledger and financial management systems such as SIMS/CMIS, or other MIS.
2. Experience in budgeting and budgetary control at an appropriate level.
3. Excellent standard of numeracy and accuracy with figures.
4. Ability to converse at ease with parents/pupils and members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English.
5. Competent with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly spreadsheets and databases (Excel and Access).
6. Ability to work as part of a team and in partnership with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
7. Discretion in handling confidential matters.
8. Suitable standard of education, particularly in numeracy and literacy.
