OSB Group has embarked on significant technology Transformation programme, which gives the organisation an exciting opportunity to transform its people eco-system. Transformation will deliver significant automation opportunities and seamless end to end customer and colleague experiences. The programme is delivering at pace, using agile practices giving the entire organisation an opportunity to optimise their ways of working and approach to their own function\\\'s skills to adapt for a modernised organisation. OSB Group has entered a maturing stage in its corporate lifecycle making it a prime moment to evolve its approach to the people and skills.
The Group Learning Team will be responsible for creating and delivering learning journeys and content for skills or knowledge capabilities required across the whole enterprise e.g regulatory learning and future skills literacy programmes, working with the relevant SMEs within the People Function and across the Group. The Group Learning team will also be responsible for capability requirements specific to business functions across OSB where relevant.

What you will be doing:
In this varied and interesting role, you will play a critical role in delivering OSB Group\\\'s Learning & Skill Strategy. Working across the breadth of the organisation, you will be responsible for supporting our enterprise-wide learning pathways by contributing the most relevant content whether this is internally designed or sourced externally. You will take a proactive role to ensure OSB takes a blended approach to learning with appropriate balance of digital and facilitated learning across different channels.
You will also have the opportunity to work creatively, delivering learning through facilitation or orchestration of campaigns, comms and events.
There will be occasional travel to our UK sites.
Please note this is a fixed term contract for a period of 12 months.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Working with the team to design and deliver learning content to increase capability in enterprise-wide knowledge and skills requirements.
* Collaborating with internal and external SMEs, business functions and the People Transformation team to understand learning requirements.
* Curating learning interventions using a blended channel approach and a mix of external and internally created content, inclusive of different format such as digital learning, facilitated learning, workshops, on the job training and coaching.
* Participating in agile ceremonies to help the Product Owners maintain visibility of flow, work in progress and blockers.
* Interacting with the LMS and other technologies directly.
* Regularly evaluating the effectiveness of training content and format to track their performance against desired outcomes, taking a continuous improvement approach to our learning pathways and content.
